Had a quote completed for a valve gasket replacement. Zach gave me a rough estimate, but then asked to look at my engine and revised it because of the engine type. He told me to call in the next week and schedule getting the work done. I dropped my car off the next Friday (5/15). I was having some other engine issues that I told them about when I scheduled, and I was told they would look at it and call me in the middle of the week to give me an update. I was out of town so I didn’t need the car. I didn’t hear from them by mid week, so I called Thursday (5/21), but couldn’t get a hold of anybody. Friday, when I was driving back to Rock Hill, I received a call from one of the mechanics saying that they don’t work on my type of engine, and I would probably have to take it to the dealership. He also wanted to know when I would come pick up the car because they were trying to leave early (it was Memorial Day weekend). So my car sat for a week, wasn’t worked on, andI wasn’t notified. It’s incredibly frustrating… if they had told me this on Monday or Tuesday, I could’ve had somebody drop the car off at a mechanic that would be able to complete the work while I was away and didn’t ne

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a service visit at your facility this past February. I brought my car in for a tire rotation and an oil change and specifically raised concerns about my brakes, as I could tell from the sound and feel that something was wrong. During that visit, I was told that my brake pads did not need to be changed. Because the issue persisted, I had a family friend who is a mechanic inspect the vehicle. He informed me that I actually needed new brake pads all around. I find it unacceptable that such a significant safety issue was missed, especially while the tires were being rotated and the brakes were easily accessible for inspection. This is a major oversight, and as a result, I no longer feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to your shop.

I have Ben coming here for years (even when I have lived out of state). They are very trustworthy and quick fixing the car. I came here after another shop scam me $1k. Very reasonable prices.

Been going to Yonce for years. They are the most trustworthy and honest mechanics I've ever met. I'm so thankful for all the work they've done over the years!
